Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 - Help I am not getting any audio when i watch online streamed movies

I have a Tab 3 and I connect using my phones wifi my video comes in pristine crisp but no sound cant figure it out? Any ideas?

I'm having just the opposite problem. I can't adjust the volume. It's either full blast or nothing at all. Please help!!!
