Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 Screen Glitched/messed up

hi my name is aidan and i dropped my galaxy tab 4 10.1 in this case

i dropped it from sitting down from about 1 1/2 feet off the ground and the screen colours are... its like the screen cracked or broke but there is no crack
this is what it loockes like now

i hope there is a way to fix it and not have to replace the screen or the whole tablet

I am having the exact same problem and i dropped it from about the same height maybe even less. Before this happened i had what looked like burn marks in my screen but that happened on its own with me not even touching it. Any help?

I think something broke... Get it repaired! That's the only thing you can do!
