Please help!! Using Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 SM-T500 Android 11/ chrome browser 94 for patients in medical office to submit electronic forms via public URL but keeps freezing. Have wifi extender in place as well.

Able to open browser and bookmarked URL to public form, complete and submit as expected. Then cleared cache / cookies, and repeated steps to create and submit new form. After doing this 3-4 times, the browser window has a spinning wheel or freezes completely.

Can not replicate the issue on any other Android device. URL and forms submittal works normally without any issues from laptop and other mobile devices; even from iOS using safari or chrome.

Only experience this issue using this tablet. What could be the issue? Busy medical office cannot take time to stop to fix tablet repeatedly.

We have tested incognito mode using computer and other android devices yes. I can ask them to try that on the tablet as well. Would that improve the slow processing when submitted? What is benefit of incognito mode?

If something about the site's cookies are causing things to slow down or freeze, then Incognito Mode might get around that, since it shouldn't save any cookies.

You might also try Microsoft Edge browser, since that also runs on Chromium.

Doesn't Samsung Browser also run on Chromium?

I found in researching that Samsung browser does run on Chromium as you mentioned and that Chrome just happens to be the stock browser for Android devices

Google Chrome is by default, both literally and figuratively, the web browser of choice on most Android devices.

One thing Chrome bests Samsung Internet for is cross-platform bookmarks. As there’s no desktop equivalent for Samsung’s app, you’re forced to set up from scratch or use Google Chrome’s Samsung Internet extension to import your bookmarks from Chrome on desktop to Samsung Internet
