my phone is an s6 active. Sometimes, the touchscreen just doesn't respond. Restarting and waiting a bit afterwards fixes the problem, but this happens about twice a day. Its not that big of a problem, but im scared something is wrong with my phone. Is there? Or is this just a common bug?

Welcome to Android Central! It could be an app you installed that's malfunctioning. See if it persists in Safe Mode, which temporarily disables all of your 3rd party apps: https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-21007
