Samsung Galaxy Watch intermittent haptic (non-LT)

Over the last few months I have noticed that my Samsung Galaxy Watch has been giving me intermittent haptics for no apparent reason.

I'll be walking about with phone in pocket, or doing stuff at work and recently it has been waking me up at night with a single "zzzt" but no notification.

What is a bit disturbing is that at night my watch is in Goodnight Mode and Do Not Disturb is enabled. I wouldn't expect a vibration to occur then.

Thoughts on resolution?

Anyone else getting these?

I actually get seemingly random "no reason" haptic feedback for some time. it happens enough to be notable but infrequent enough to be a terrible nuisance. It has happened for so long that I can't say when it started to occur.
