Samsung galaxy wearable notification settings isnt working

I have Gear S2 watch and accindentally i blocked notification for one app. I know that on the phone in the galaxy wearable app you can set it back to on status in the notification manage settings, but once i tap on that its just loading and the apps never shows. I had been waiting for 10-15 mins and nothing.
I tried to delete and reinstall the app, also i switched off and on my ohone as well.
Any other idea?
