[AC Question]

Just purchased one for my husband, and when trying to set up his email, get an error message saying cannot authenticate user. I've gone the send me an email and I"ll verify which doesn't appear on the new android device but rather on my husband Iphone We confirm and it still doesn't work. Anyone out there with the same issues
