samsung grand prime not working 530H after hard reboot

I rooted the device today. and then hard reset the device to unroot it...but it is stuck on samsung logo from last one hour. what to do???

You need to perform a Hard Reset again and if still problem continues, then you have to consult the customer support of Samsung.

Firstly a hard reset does not unroot a device. You will now need to find the exact ROM for your device, put it into download mode and flash with Odin
