Samsung GS4 not charging or turning on with full battery
My fiancees GS4 died the other day while she was charging it. I have tried all button combos to get it turned on, but nothing has worked so far. I put in a fully charged battery, plug it in and the battery icon with the lightening bolt shows up with the percent at 0%. Then the phone vibrates, and does nothing else. It also heats up quickly while plugged in. Any suggestions or other methods I can try to get it up and running?
