Good morning everyone. We had one hell of a storm last night. I thought the house was going to blow away.
Don't bother going into the store. They pull the installment from the same location as you do on the website. I chatted, called, and went into the store with no luck on any method. At one point a chat rep said he 'found them' and reprinted them. Well all I got was some random paperwork in the mail... nothing close to an installment contract. Well after about a week after I activated my phone, the contract appeared for my other line.
I suggest you keep calling them until it shows up. None of the reps seemed to understand the issue even though they said it came up blank for them too. Which completely puzzles me.... If they can't see it, there is obviously an issue.

Same for me.No but it said "you will hear from us after 45 days of service".
They also said it would take 3 billing cycles for me to receive my account credits for the new lines, but I got those before my first bill.

Question for you guys adding the extra line for the second, free GS7. What are you paying monthly for the extra line? I have a GS6, paid off the balance, and call CS to upgrade it and add the new line. I currently pay $40 per line with $25 credited back for using device payment plan so $15 per line for 4 lines. It a More Everything Plan sharing 30gb. I was told by the rep I could upgrade my line but the new line of service would not be eligible for that discount and would be $40/month plus the normal full price payment plan. Said it was because of my More Everything plan. I do have the option of adding a line with a 2 year plan, but obviously no free phone....Does that sound right? Who would pay $40/line AND pay full price for the phone?

Just updated. Took about 10 minutes. No issues.
What worries me about that is the return period for the 2nd phone will be long over before I know it was accepted. I am only buying the 2nd phone as a spare. Very expensive spare otherwise. Not that it should be rejected but I have little faith, I can't help it.

It appears to have wiped all the apps that I had moved to my SD card. Not cool.
