Samsung is lost. They have no idea what the customer wants, and view everything through a "we want to be like Apple" lens. Only they are NOT Apple. Every Apple phone you buy is guarenteed to work 5+ years on its internal chipset, and every phone sold worldwide is the same. Samsung plays ridiculous games with chips, ram amounts, etc , based on regions. They need to cut down on the number of models and put flagship chips in nearly all of them, maybe with a cheap phone like the A1x getting the Exynos 1480. Nothing slower. And every phone should have a minimum of 8gb of Ram. Put the best Exynos or Mediatek in everything else. Maybe the top Snapdragon the in the Ultra. But let's stop with this slow chips and anemic ram numbers.
The Chinese companies are stealing market share while Samsung tries to be a cheap Apple. It's failing.
