Samsung health and the Galaxy watch sleep function

Has anyone else noticed that their watch is not recording deep sleep in the Samsung health function since the Samsung health update?

Oh! Wonder why then. My watch is tight enough without pinching. It measures light sleep/ rem/ and awake
Also measures pulse rate ok.

Mine does that too. My old Fit2 works fine. It's the watch ...

there was an update a bit ago, for the watch, which required that you turn on rem monitoring. mine is working, at least for the few days I have had it. Have to go into the settings.

All sorted. Turning off the continuous pulse monitor gave me back deep sleep.
Is nearly always user error
