Samsung Health Audible Notifications on New Samsung Galaxy S23 Phone

How to turn off the very annoying audible notifications (distance reached, etc) on my Galaxy S23 phone while I'm using the Samsung Health app. I have read every Internet search response to that question, and nothing works. Somehow it was turned off on my S21, but when I upgraded to the S23 it returned, and for the life of me I cannot find a way to shut it up.
