Samsung hub and note 3, note 10.12013 problems

well I got credits for buying the note 3, 10.1 2014 for the samsung hub store. however I get "server errors" with a # trying to buy anything with the note 3 and on the note 10.1 2014 i ptress the buy button and nothing happens... i did attach a CC to the account, I contacted samsung they told me to reset the cache and hard reset the units... i did that on both units to have the same results.... anyone else having these problems or have a solution? I wanta use these credits before they expire....
