Samsung i9305 no sim problem

hi m i have a problem with my phone where one of my friend did something on my phone and now it does not recognize any sim cards. i have tried to factory reset but nothing changed.
i read some posts that you have commented and i went to download mode it says

Hello Slim,
Sorry to hear of your troubles, but this is the 'Sprint' branded GS3 forum.
These are CDMA phones available only through this carrier in the U.S. and they do not have any SIM card slot. (it is hardwired to the board)

You might have a better time getting answers if you were to post your problem on the I9300 (international) board.

I had this same problem with my sd card if you have a sandisk its a known problem I call them and I received a free replacement within 5 days after sending my old card in but before calling the I would recommend saving you data what I did took me several minutes to achieve but just keep taking it out and putting it back in checking each time I inserted the card once I got it to pop my sd up I immediately backed it up on my computed

Wess, Slim is asking about a SIM card, not an SD card.

SD is for data storage and SIM is a Subscriber Identity Module.
The SIM contains your IMSI and allows the network to identify your phone and route calls to it.
