Samsung insurance experience?

I am debating about getting insurance for this and wondered if anyone had any good/bad stories to share from insurance direct from Samsung. It is cheaper than Verizon's or best buy's. I realize Samsung (like Apple) doesn't offer lost/stolen coverage.
