Samsung Internet

I'm really struggling to find help importing my bookmarks from Vivaldi to the Samsung Browser on my S23 Ultra.

The last I found (not on androidcentral) was -

1. Open Samsung Internet browser on your phone.
2. Tap the hamburger menu (three horizontal lines) in the top right corner.
3. Select "Settings" from the menu.
4. Scroll down and tap "Import bookmarks" .....

And this is where it all falls apart for me!! I scroll down but there is no import option? This was only posted 19 days ago so I am baffled (some say it doesn't take much!)

I have an HTML file exported from Vivaldi but can't get it into Samsung Internet?

Any help appreciated.
