Samsung J327 no longer showing contact name on incoming phone calls (or when calling out)

[Android Central Question]

My J3 just started not showing contact name (Caller ID) when I am receiving phone calls. If I let it go to voicemail, then it will show the contact name when it gives me the message "Missed Call Contact Name". Also, when I receive the call when I'm in my F150, Sync displays the contact name but the phone still doesn't. JUST STARTED. Very frustrating, as I'm missing answering calls from friends because I think they're spammers, or I'm answering and not having a clue who I'm talking to (and they are assuming I know because every other phone in the world shows contact info!)

Bad links again. The discussion starts around post #33 in that thread (it's an AT&T problem). (But you have to disable it, not Force Stop it, or you get the problem the next time you turn the phone on.)
