Samsung J5 - Video Player problem

[AC Question]

So I recently bought a Samsung J5 and tried the camera out. When I made a video and tried to see it on the phone, there was no image, only sound. I tried to test it with other videos from internet and it's the same issue. It always gives a black screen with a monitor and an arrow pointed to the right.. Youtube and other things based on non-video player works.

Any solutions?

I tested on both Internal and SD and it's still the same problem.

i recently just bought a J5, My video player wont play videos, just plays audio . i installed VLC but still the same please help

Yes. Same question here. I didn't change any settings. It just happened. YouTube videos run without problems. It's just the videos in my phone that can't be played. If I upload them to,say, Google photos, I see them without problems. Same issue: I hear the audio but I only see the monitor with the arrow.

Have you tried using another video player?Maybe the video format is not supported on your player

I am experiencing the same issue ! Please help ! The videos used to play without problems. But when I played a video, it happens, audio begins, but it's only black screen with a monitor and an arrow pointing to the right. Heeeelp !

Hi guys i have the same problem here .but i found out how to fix it .i just download MX PLAYER you should try it .??????hope i can help
