samsung J6 low internet speed

I have 50 mbps speed at my home router. On my laptop i get 48 mbps if i connect wirelessly. On my phone i get 35.

I did other test in a cafe. In same cafe, same router my friends phone got 89 mbps i got 13 mbps. What is wrong with phone ? What can i do ?

At home, how close are you to the router? Is this a 2.4 GHz network or 5 GHz?

2,4 sir. Max distance 1m. I was very close to check it. In cafe, no. We were 6-7 m away, but the same for my friends mobiles.
Ι allready factory reset for the wifi. Nothing..
i didnt foung and solution to my problem from the wifi guide.

Have you try reset network in phone settings?

Go settings>general management>reset>reset network

I did sir. Nothing.
I call samsung service in my country. They said me , that this model gets 53mbps . Its must be a router case.But i dont see that. Even if i put tel next to router of VDSL, max speed is 38. Andi check alsi in other routers. Speed is lowest of any other phone and never close to what sasmung said me.
Lust night, in a router or 100 mbps i got 17 ???????

Next move maybe try in safe mode and monitor it to eliminate any 3rd party apps causing this .

3rd party apps are any app you installed. If the problem goes away in Safe Mode, then that would strongly suggest a 3rd party app is causing the problem. It can be tricky to figure out which app is the culprit, though -- sometimes you just have to uninstall apps one by one until the problem goes away.

Do you have a case on the phone? Some poorly designed cases can actually cause interference with signal reception (typically if there's metal in the case).

I cant measure the speed of internet connection in safe mode because the browser dont work.
i didnt install many apps . one for music and calender.

I unisntall the music app and calender. No change sir.

I dont think this is the problem

The preinstalled browser doesn't work in Safe Mode? Or are you trying to use a 3rd party browser you installed? Try using Samsung Internet (or, if Chrome was preinstalled, use that).

This i use, the browser from samsung. But in safe mode this dont work . When your device is in safe mode is working ?

I did sir.
I download spedtest from lay store. Not even the app is working on safe mode. I remove silicon cover. no change.
But not speed , went up from 37 to 44 bbps.

No idea why .

Sorry sir, my mistake of writing correctly. I did test on safe mode, same results 37. I remove cover, again 37. After some hours , with cover and not in safe mode, 44. Do you think that result of speed test should be exactly same as my laptop ?
