Hi

I have an old Samsung Galaxy J6 with 3 Gb of memory and 1.4 available.
I have almost no apps installed, but when I want to move some to the SD card, I get the "insufficient memory" message even after cleaning it.
Is there any other way to move Apps?
How, for example, can I delete apps that are originally installed, such as Facebook or Instagram, that I don't intend to use on this device?
Thanks in advance
Regards

Are you trying to install an app from the Play Store first, and then move it to the SD card? Or are you talking about an app that's already installed on the phone?

For an older phone like that, bloatware apps that were preinstalled (either by Samsung or the carrier) often can't be removed -- only Disabled. You'd have to root the phone in order to remove bloat apps.

Hi
Yes, an App from Play Store
What's weird is that it's only one App that I have this error on.
My question has more to do with curiosity.
Thanks anyway

Sorry, I'm not sure what might be causing that. Since you're able to move other apps to the SD card, there may be some unknown restriction that's preventing the one you're interested in from being moved. This might be a glitch, or it might be a restriction placed by the app developer. Considering how old the phone is and how outdated that OS version is, it may be difficult to find a resolution for this.
