AC Question

I have a Samsung Galaxy S6, I just pressed the update notice & now the message Samsung keyboard has stopped working.
I have the SwiftKey keyboard.
I went on line & tried to follow several solutions but what was listed to do was not
found in any of my categories- like under settings, locate App Manager, It was not listed under settings, app manager(?) It IS listed in Clean Master?? I don't know why that is, either. Does that matter?

Welcome to Android Central! Are you talking about a system update, or an update to the Samsung Keyboard app?

Try going to the App Manager, select the Samsung Keyboard app, and Clear Cache. If that doesn't help, try wiping the cache partition: https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-21095

Was Clean Master preinstalled on the phone, or did you install it? If you installed it, then I highly recommend getting rid of it. Clean Master doesn't do much for the phone, and the company is known to do some pretty sneaky things.
