Samsung keyboard help!

I have recently updated my phone's firmware to 4.3,before updating, my keyboard was totally fine. But now, my Samsung keyboard doesn't have any predictive text popping out, as in the entire predictive text bar is missing. I enabled the predictive text in the settings already, is the keyboard bugged? Or is there anything that I can do to rectify this.. I really like the new emoticons on the keyboard. Please help? Thanks!

Go to settings see if you need it enabled.

First there's rebooting... If you have done that, then try installing another keyboard, switch to that, and then switch to the Samsung keyboard again.

It's enabled, and I've rebooted my phone too. I have the habit of rebooting my phone everything the battery is fully charged from less than 20%. I've done it all. Nothings changed.
