Samsung Link not working!!!

Are you sure the app is up to date? I would force stop the app and clear the cache.

I have the same problem on my Note 3. I did try force stop and clear data and cache but that didn't work. I also uninstalled all of the updates back to the factory version and that didn't work.

I notice that if I go to Settings / Accounts and pick my Samsung account and Sync then I find that everything apart from the Scrap Book has sync'd ok (It says: "Sync is currently experiencing problems. It will be back shortly"). I turned off Sync for Scrapbook and everything else continues to sync ok. So I don't know whether these two things are related?

Has a solution been found for this? Mine started doing this last week and I haven't been able to get it working again.
