Samsung Members app on Note 9

Since day 1 I have never been able to get the Samsung members app to work

I can create a post, then when I click the "post" button it tells me "unable to post" - and yes I am signed into the app

Anyone have a resolution?

I got banned and don't know why. Samsung won't respond to my questions about why or when can I get back in.
 
I don't know about the app, but I do know that their entire web site is acting funky on log ins. If I leave the site for about 4 minutes, I get logged out. When I go to log in, half the time my password won't work and I have to log in using Google. Sometimes Google doesn't work. Sometimes I try to post something and get a message stating that Opps... something went wrong. This has been going on with me for about 6 months now. Posts being deleted or edited for no reason. I posted a link to another thread on their forum one time and got booted for posting a spam address. (It was to their site.... ) Go figure..
 
I had a similar problem; I couldn't post. I deleted the app, cleared my cache, and reinstalled the app. So far everything is working fine.
 
Just a reminder this app is important to communicate with Samsung for warranty purposes and to get into beta for new Android releases.
 
There was just an update within the past 2 days. Maybe that fixes your issue?
