Samsung Members Language

Hello guys. I have a question regarding the language of Samsung Members. My phone is already in English language, even my Samsung account. How come it displays German language? I live in Switzerland .

Is there a way to change the language? Such an inconvenience!

What a pain! My suggestion is to check your PC version of your Samsung account, ensuring that the language you've got assigned to that is English. (Mine is set to Australian english)

If that is already set to English, then I guess the only thing you can do is to ring Samsung support and see if they can change your device account settings.
