Samsung Mini S3 Broken screen

Hi my Samsung Mini GT- 1818190N has a broken LCD screen I need to unlock it to download info onto Kies. Because it is locked I am unable to.
Is there anyway I can unlock it with my computer.

No, you have to unlock it to access it with your computer, and if you could do that you wouldn't need to unlock it with your computer.

Strange reply: Yes if I could unlock it on the phone your right I wouldn't need to unlock it on the computer.
But that doesn't help me to get information from the phone any idea how I can do that without fitting a new screen
