Samsung Moment keyboard?

Is there any way to show suggestions while using device keyboard? Using the Android keyboard you can set it to show you suggestions of words you type, but when you use the device keyboard there is no option for this.

There aren't settings for it in the system so unless a third party solution is available I think you're s.o.l. Sorry.

Yes, go to Settings - Locale and Text. Tap on the "Android keyboard" dropdown (not the checkbox) and it should open a menu. Uncheck "Show suggestions".

I think the Handcent SMS app helps with this. I'm not entirely sure though.
