does anybody know how to get 5.1 on the music player. It keeps on saying sound effects must be turned off, and I'm pretty sure I have everything turned off. I think someone may have asked this, so I'm sorry if I re-asked an answered question. Thanks

5.1 only works with Headphones. Are you using headphones?

Yeah, I'm not sure what's the problem

I think you have to have both the EQ set to 'Normal' AND the sound effects to 'Normal'. I always use Classic or Custom EQ.
