What's the plan of Samsung. .for note2, no update news so for. .. all the news is going on about s3 and s4 updates.. Samsung prepares to sell their note 3.. how it will give updates for note 2...if Samsung gives update it may loose profit on note 3.. our note 2 is best still. ..and waiting for updates still. ...

Samsung announced that they will be releasing 4.3 for the Note 2 (and Galaxy S3 & S4) in October. There will probably be a delay for the carriers to update, package, and distribute OTA, but it is planned, and in the works. That said, don't expect massive changes between 4.1.2 and 4.3. The majority of users won't notice any material differences.

Systematic planned obsolesce is indeed a marketing strategy to stimulate sales for newer devices, but I don't think it's in play in this situation like you have speculated.

I am really hoping that we do see some new features in 4.3
I wouldn't mind getting a couple of the new SPen features. And maybe that little pop up app window. In theory there shouldn't be any reason why us Note 2 owners can't get those features.
