Samsung+ not available for my device?

Why can't I get the Samsung+ app. Is there a country restriction or something (I'm in Canada).
 
I had to force quit the app.
A restart is also a good idea.

May be full by now.

From the app description: "Samsung+ is available in the US only and exclusive to Samsung Galaxy owners on the following devices..."

So basically in Canada we can't get the Oreo beta? :(

Correct. I'm in Canada and disappointed as well.

From 2nd paragraph: "The beta program is only open to owners in the U.S., UK and South Korea at first, and in the U.S. it's only available if you have a T-Mobile, Sprint or U.S. unlocked version of the Galaxy S8 or S8+ (sorry, no Note 8 yet). "
 
Can you guys from Canada get the Samsung Members app? That's supposed to be through alternative. Not sure if Samsung + is US only or North America

Yes we can. I have it. But the O beta isn't available in Canada.
