Samsung Note 2 Stuck in Roaming

I have a Note 2 SPH L-900 thats stuck in roaming mode, anyone have any advice on how
I can get my phone out of this,if someone
Can help me with this I would greatly appreciate it. John

Go into settings / Wireless and networks / more settings, and tap on roaming, then roaming network. (This is Jellybean. If you're on ICS it may be a little different, but find roaming settings.) Try switching it to home only. then exit settings and see what it does. If that switches you back to Sprint, go back in and set it to Automatic.

If that doesn't fix it, have you tried rebooting it (turn it all the way off, and back on)? That usually fixes software glitches like this. If not, try pulling the battery, waiting a few minutes, and starting over.

Mine did this for a while as well but it was due to network updates. I was roaming for almost 2-3 days at a time and now I'm sitting in an lte wonderland and even my voice connection is better.
