Samsung Note 3, why am I unable to open Hotmail?

Samsung note 3

Am unable to open the hotmail sign in page or even if sometimes after signing in it says bad request. Though I can open all other websites normally.

Welcome to Android Central! You're logging into your Hotmail on the browser? Can you add the account to your stock Email app instead?

Try going to the App Manager, select the browser you're using, and Clear Cache.
