Samsung Note 4: Callers have a difficult time hearing me.

During phone conversations I can hear just fine but callers cannot clearly hear me. There is static or sound is cutting out. How do I trouble shoot to determine if its a phone problem or a service problem? Have others had this issue?

Try using a headset.. .to rule out a problem with the onboard mic.
