Samsung note 4 move box for received call

Hi.

When you receive a call on note 4, the box (call box?) appears on top of the screen. Is it possible to put this on the bottom, or resize it as default? I know I can move the box in the middle of the call, but I'd like to resize and move it to the bottom.

I'm not aware that you can make it a different size or location when it pops up. The only choices I'm aware of are pop up or the old incoming call screen.
