Hi guys, picked up a used Samsung Note 4 today (in the UK) and I've noticed it's actually a T-Mobile device from the US. Model number is N910T.
It's running Android 5.1.1 at the moment, but according to Samsung the device actually had 6.0.1 released last year.
When I check for software updates it says it's upto date already with 5.1.1. I've done a full reset and tried to do an update over wifi with no SIM card inserted but still the same.
Any ideas? Also is it worth worrying about? As I've seen a few people complain that 6.0 has actually made there Note 4 awful to use...
