Samsung Note 5 Hard reset Issue

Android Central Question

Bought a refurbished Note 5 but would not switch on or charge. Searched online and it was suggested hard reset. I've tried this but it's not progressing - Galaxy start up screen appears followed by screen saying 'installing system update' which in a flash shuts down. It is cycling through these three screens without end. Any help would be appreciated, I've used it for more than a month so cant reimburse it! Thanks.
 
Welcome to Android Central! Sorry, but that sounds like a hardware failure. Not sure if there's anything you can do apart from bringing it to a repair shop. Did it only come with a 30 day warranty? Refurb warranties can range from 30 to 90 days, so check the fine print.
