Samsung note 8 problem

can't pull, swipe,etc.. anything on my note 8 was owned by some one before me they don't remember email password or any account info that would help unlock phone it keeps saying can't unlock or connect to your apps due to unknown error what where why and how do I fix this

Welcome to the forums. I don't think there is any way around that. They will have to recover their email password to unlock the phone.

Sounds like you bought a robbed phone TBH, I mean.. Who can't remember remember an email they used less than a year ago to set up a 900 quid phone
