Android Central Question

I just dropped my note 9 resulted to a cracked screen, just the glass part, lcd was not affected.
What should i do then?

Well, you have a few choices:
1) Don't do anything and live with it. If the crack didn't affect touch sensitivity or the display panel, AND IT DOESN'T CUT YOUR SKIN, then you can just live with it. Bear in mind that waterproofing is probably compromised, so exert extra caution when it comes to liquids around your device.
2) Replace the whole thing. Unfortunately most of the time you can't just replace the glass without having to replace the display panel as well, but a repair shop could probably provide further info (side note, the Note 9 does not have an LCD panel, it's an OLED one).
3) Replace the whole thing, especially if you have insurance on it. Some home-owners/renters insurance covers mobile devices as well, but check that your rate doesn't go substantially up for a 'tiny' claim.

^ 3) your homeowners / renters insurance deductible will likely be more than the repair.

4) Put a glass screen protector on it.

5) Depending on the severity of the crack, try one of the fixes you can find on YouTube, They're basically "use a windshield repair kit" or "use epoxy".

You Tube , you'll find lots of crazy ideas lol

Total agreement with #4 -- screen protector. I bought a tempered glass one on Amazon (a two-pack, actually...). Dropped the Note 9 a couple of months after purchase -- the edge hit the metal foot of a table and cracked (nearly shattered...) the protective screen. Not a mark on the glass screen. And they're inexpensive -- I recall my package of 2 were approx. $12. I can't really see much difference in image quality with the protective screen on or off.
