Samsung Note stuck in a boot loop and will not load in safe mode.

[AC Question]

My Samsung Note has been stuck in a boot loop now for three days. It only stops when I take out the battery. If I plug in the phone and try to start up the phone then it boots to the lock screen and then shuts off to show just the battery charging screen.
I have tried to boot up in safe mode (using the volume key and the power key) and it will not boot in safe mode it just restarts as normal and then continues into the boot loop.

Any and all suggestions are welcome. Thanks!

Welcome to Android Central, and sorry for the delay! Which Note do you have? Have you tried booting into Recovery Mode and wiping the system cache partition?
