Samsung notification symbol is tiny

After I came back from school I noticed my notification signs were tiny. I didn't update my phone or change the setting. Please help me change it. thanks.

Are those small white boxes suppose to be pop-up notifications?

1) Reboot Device
2) Toggle pop up notifications off then back on.
3)Wipe System Cache via recovery.

Try those.
