I was curious to know why the prices on the Samsung's website for the Galaxy S24 Ultra is more than T-Mobile with all my promotions and trade-ins? Typically carrier prices are more expensive than the manufacture prices but in this case T-Mobile is cheaper with monthly payments than Samsung along with their trade-ins and discounts. Why is this so?

That will depend on what plan you have with T-Mobile. The higher tier plans will give a better discount.
I have an older plan with T-Mobile and they would only give me $200 for trading in my S22 Ultra for S24 Ultra. On the Shop Samsung app, I got $700 trade in-value with other promotional discounts. Buying directly with Samsung netted a bigger discount.

Hi, don't know where you're getting your pricing, but I bought an S24 ULTRA 3 weeks ago. Tmobile wanted full price. I never trade in my older phones. So I went to Samsung, they had the S24 ULTRA for 400.00 less, plus an upgrade to the 512gb model. So, I got a t-mobile branded, black S24 ultra 512 gv, for 999.00.
