I had this issue when adding US Bank CC. Tried several times in 30 mins and it works.

I am using Note 5 and my phone is also not encrypted. Already tried resetting the app many times still getting the same error. Unable to connect to samsung pay temporarily. I recently updated it to marshmallow but nothing suggested is working. Anyone facing similar problem, solved?

My phone is not encrypted, had to sideload samsung pay because it is not in play store for my SM-G935F. I don't know why. I installed Samsung pay and samsung pay framework. rebooted. still get same error message after scanning my PNC card, which is supposed to be supported. HELP. :-[
