Samsung Pay for Galaxy S5?

Bought an S5 little over a year ago. To me, it's still a "new" phone. Would love to get the Samsung Pay app. My Publix supermarket takes it, and I buy there all the time. I understand it is only available on the S6. ??? Will this app be made available for the S5 in the future?

The S5 doesn't have the hardware to perform Samsung Pay at non NFC terminals. But if the Publix has NFC payment capability then you could use Android Pay.

Thanks. I have Android Pay, and will try it next time I'm at Publix.. Ever heard of CurrentC? Just found out about it. It's honored at Publix, Walmart, Target, Sams Club, and lots of others. May give it a try as well.

Heard of CurrentC. Not as good as Android, Samsung, or Apple Pays.
