So I've just got the Samsung pay update here in old Blighty. I use android pay, and seeming as Samsung have decided not to bother giving us the mst part what is the point in swapping. Is it easier to use? Are there actually any incentives?

Cheers

no point using it. i will not swap from android pay unless they give us mst. what's the point releasing it without mst which is the only feature that makes it better than android pay and the only feature they brag about when they released the app? makes no sense so no thanks samsung

I quite like it compared to android pay. to activate it you swipe up on either the lockscreeen or home screen then when you are easy to pay you use your fingerprint and it switches on NFC and is ready to pay. it pulses a low level vibration so you know it is active.

i kind of like that it's obvious that it's on over android pay which just works with the screen on. except I once blocked a barrier for ages coming out the underground when android pay refused to work. I wouldn't have the same worry with Samsung pay as I know it's active.

requiring the fingerprint to activate in all circumstances is probably more secure too if anyone ever gets hold of your phone when it isn't locked
