Samsung pay issue

When I swipe up to choose a card to use, in get an error about reporting the error to Samsung. I don't want to clear data to try to fix but will as a last resort as setting up cards is a pain. I have to call banks and set on hold for every bank so hoping I funny have to go through with that.

I tried that as well but same error. Guessing I disabled something but can't figure out what
