Samsung pay not working

I have uninstalled the app, removed the card and put it all back. I get a error of "bad card scan" every time I try to use it no matter the store. I called my bank and they said that there is a problem with the token on Samsung pay. So I called them and they just said to do the things I already done. Any ideas?
 
Have you tried with any other cards? What about the Samsung Rewards one? It might be a problem with your specific card...

At least SP does not tell you your phone is rooted when it is 💯% stock.

It's the one where Samsung gives you cash rewards like for referral codes or certain registration events. I'd strongly recommend trying out with a different card to know if the issue is the app or your card. I'm not sure if SP runs in Safe Mode but that's also something you could try.
