Seems they did escalate the issue with the pop-up and it is back, but some are still getting an error message when trying to redeem. You can still handle those issued by contacting Prizelogic or the regular Samsung number above.

You should be good to go as long as your card has been activated and ready to use..if you just recently activated the card there may be a slight delay. See if they can help in the link kelly posted above.

I got it to work. I rebooted the phone and it came up with the coupon code. Just placed the order!

Still going on, the app was broken for the offer. I called Samsung Pay and got a supervisor and they escalated the issue. Seems it is back now and working.

I do see a lot of Samsung pay discussion threads, but didn't really see a title for this offer, thought i'd share.
offer valid from today on until Oct 11 2015. only works on the note 5 and s6 edge+.
from the samsung pay app:
1 - register and activate at least one card
2 - tap "more" on the upper right corner
3 - tap "announcements"
4 - tap "Samsung pay activation offer", it's the only one there
5 - scroll all the way down and tap "get my free accessory", you'll then get a unique code to redeem that free accessory.
product is currently on pre-order only, and shipping is only free if over $50.

I was a beta user and was able to get the free charger.
I went into the Samsung Pay app and hit "More", then "Annoucements", and it was the "Samsung Pay Activation Offer" was right there for me!
Clicked through it and it worked just fine, with no problems.

I just registered and ordered my free promotional incentive via the Samsung shop. No problems or errors on my side. I also got my confirmation number for my order. Just wanted to give this thread an update on the status of the error, just in case somebody else was waiting for it to be corrected. I was hoping that the wireless charger would have been the fast charging version. But hey, I can't complain either way. ^_^

The free gift with activation kinda sucks when about 80% of us can get cards activated. But then i guess samsung doesnt want to go broke on free gifts lol
