Samsung Pay Rewards now works with Gear 3

I opened Samsung Pay this morning and there was an update to the app on the watch and the app on the phone (I have LG V20).

After the update, there was a section on the app for Rewards. Made 3 purchases so far today and more than halfway to Silver.

Not sure. I don't know anyone that has it.

The 3 places I used it today we like 'did you just pay with your watch?'. Yep, I sure did.

Do you have a Samsung phone? When I got my Gear S3 last week I contacted Samsung to see where rewards was because I didn't see it. They said no rewards for just gear S3 when using with non Samsung phone. Then I got the update and it started working.

I checked and my Gear S2 is up to date. I haven't tried the samsung pay on it in quote awhile. Wondering if it may also earn the rewards

I have been getting the rewards on my Galaxy S6 for months I don't know why you Samsung users are not receiving the rewards

Umm... This is about the Gear S3 watch, not a phone.

But you have a Samsung phone so you always had rewards. I do not have a Samsung phone currently with my Gear S3 so I didn't have rewards until yesterday when the app updated.
