What's the maximum you all have used the rewards for ? Just curious...

I've gotten over 2k$ in cash when they used to have Visa cards. Gift cards, level u Bluetooth headphones, gear circle headphones, and just got a case for my Note 9 still have over 13k points to spare. I love Samsung pay!

I've been platinum every month for about a year and a half, but the points keep expiring every month too, so I never have enough to really break over about 12k points and can never afford to cash out on the bigger prizes. The expiring points make it tough to accumulate enough, since I keep earning, and they keep expiring too fast for any worthwhile prizes. What's the secret?

You can also apply your points to purchases in the "Shop Samsung" app or samsung.com/shop. 1 point == $0.005

I used points to completely pay for a Samsung USB 3.1 Flash Drive DUO Plus 256GB.

When I pre ordered my S10+ through Samsung I was able to use my points and got an additional $99 off my order. Was just shy of 20k in points.

A little more difficult now to accumulate points since the program doesn't give you as many points per transaction and some points expire every month

I think that person was referring to points expire every month because they were accumulated a year ago, not that same month.

This is exactly what I meant. I've been a platinum level pretty much every month but since you don't get as many points per transaction anymore, it's hard to accumulate enough points to redeem for anything worthwhile (at least for me). And when I start getting to a certain amount of points where I'm close to redeeming something I want, I'll have points expiring at the same time. I was really happy I could use my points for my S10+ though.

Lol, must be nice. It is hard to avoid places where you have to hand the card to them like drive thru's, Dr Offices, etc.

Got it. Another way to use small amount of points is in the contests/drawings. Typically these take 1 to 10 points per try. Slightly better than seeing them just vanish.

Definitely. This is the only thing I've ever spent my points on. Too bad I've always come up empty-handed and haven't gotten anything tangible yet from my points.

I got a $200 Visa gift card black on black Friday when they had this promotion 30% off of the $200 if you use Samsung pay. I bought these Arlo Pro 2 cameras on sale for like 479 and I got $200 cash back in my Samsung pay which I turned around and used for Best Buy gift card so I have $200 plus the 550 I'm getting for my 9 plus to go towards my 10 plus.
